Terms & Conditions – One Day Retreat Ibiza
1. General

By participating in a session, retreat, or event organized by One Day Retreat Ibiza, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Participation is allowed from the age of 16.

2. Cancellation Policy – Group Sessions

Cancellations are non-refundable. These strict terms apply because we rely on a minimum number of participants for the session to take place, and no-shows have a significant impact on the event.

We do not offer free cancellations or rescheduling, even in the case of illness, hangover, or other personal circumstances.

Exception: If you are unable to travel to Ibiza, we will consider alternative arrangements, provided we are notified at least 7 days before the session. After this period, cancellation or rescheduling is not possible.

3. Cancellation Policy – Private Retreats and Sessions

The deposit is always non-refundable.

Cancellation up to 48 hours before the session: no additional costs will be charged.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session: we are obliged to charge 100% of the total amount, including the deposit.

If the deposit has not yet been paid, we reserve the right to charge it. This also applies to claiming the remaining balance.

4. Liability

One Day Retreat Ibiza is not liable for injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings during sessions, retreats, or events, whether on-site or during transit (e.g., in vehicles).

Participation is always at your own risk.

5. Other Provisions

We reserve the right to cancel a session or retreat in cases of force majeure. In such cases, your payment will, of course, be fully refunded.

By participating, you acknowledge your personal physical and mental limits and accept responsibility for your own health and safety during our activities.

6. Cancellations by One Day Retreat Ibiza

Occasionally, it may be necessary to cancel a retreat or session due to weather conditions (e.g., strong wind or heavy rain). In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Sessions generally take place with a minimum of 6 participants. In rare cases where this minimum is not met, it may be necessary to cancel the session.

If a session is cancelled due to insufficient participants, we will first offer the option to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, your payment will be fully refunded.
