## Terms and Conditions – One Day Retreat Ibiza

At One Day Retreat Ibiza, we create carefully designed experiences in small settings. Our teachers prepare thoroughly and intentionally keep space in their schedules. To ensure a smooth, safe, and fair experience, we ask for responsibility from our participants. Below are our general terms and conditions.

### 1. Bookings & Payments

* A booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit for private sessions) has been received.
* By making a booking, you agree to these general terms and conditions.

### 2. Group Sessions & Half-Day Retreats

* All group sessions and half-day retreats are **non-refundable**.
* It is the **participant’s responsibility** to book the correct date and session.
* Bookings for group sessions **cannot be transferred** to another date.

These policies are in place due to the high number of no-shows in the past and because our sessions are often small and quickly fully booked. By booking, we hold your spot especially for you and our teachers make preparations.

**Exceptions:**
If you cannot attend due to circumstances beyond your control (for example, a canceled flight preventing you from reaching Ibiza), and you can provide proof, we will **work with you to find a suitable solution**.

**Minimum Participants:**
If a retreat or session does not meet the minimum number of participants (6 people), we reserve the right to cancel the session. In that case, we will first offer an alternative date or session. If this is not suitable, the full paid amount will be refunded.

### 3. Private Sessions & Private Half-Day Retreats

* For private sessions and private half-day retreats, a **deposit** is required, which is **non-refundable**.
* Cancellation up to **56 hours before the session** will incur no additional charges.
* Cancellation **within 56 hours before the session** will result in the **full amount being charged**, as the schedule has been reserved and preparations have been made.

### 4. Cancellation by One Day Retreat Ibiza

* One Day Retreat Ibiza reserves the right to cancel a session or retreat in case of force majeure.
* If a retreat or session must be canceled due to **bad weather** (e.g., rain or strong wind) and it is not possible to find a suitable indoor location, the **full payment will be refunded**.

### 5. Health & Personal Responsibility

* Participation in sessions is entirely at the **participant’s own risk**.
* You are responsible for assessing whether a session is suitable for your physical and mental health.
* Inform the teacher beforehand about injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or other relevant circumstances.
* One Day Retreat Ibiza is not liable for physical or mental injury occurring during or after participation in a session.

### 6. Liability

* One Day Retreat Ibiza is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings during sessions or retreats.
* Participation in all activities is entirely at **your own risk**.
* Any damage caused by the participant to the venue, materials, or property of One Day Retreat Ibiza may be claimed from the participant.

### 7. Personal Belongings

* We advise leaving valuable items at home whenever possible.
* One Day Retreat Ibiza accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

### 8. Photos & Media

* Photos or short videos may be taken during sessions for marketing and communication purposes.
* By participating, you consent to the use of these images unless you explicitly indicate otherwise beforehand.

### 9. Changes

* One Day Retreat Ibiza reserves the right to make changes to sessions, teachers, locations, or program elements if circumstances require.
* Minor changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

### 10. Departure time & punctuality

Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time, so you can start the retreat relaxed and unhurried.

We prefer to depart exactly at the scheduled time, but will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the meeting point.

Arriving late means you cannot join and no refund will be provided.

Always let us know if you are delayed, via WhatsApp to the assigned teacher.

### 11. Governing Law

* All agreements and participation in sessions at One Day Retreat Ibiza are governed by **Spanish law**.
