Meeting time and location

Each day highlights a different location with an associated program. Explore them here. We make every effort to stick to this schedule. However, there may be occasions where we need to change the location, for instance, in the presence of strong winds, etc.

The usual gathering time for the half-day Mix & Meet retreat is typically between 08:30 and 08:45. When Ibiza is still asleep, ensuring maximum tranquility. The ending time is between 12:15 and 13:00.

How about Saturday and Sunday?

Over the weekend, we exclusively provide private retreats. However, if you’re here for a long weekend, feel free to join the half-day Mix & Meet retreat on either Friday or Monday.
